Hi Kate, I saw your posting on design sponge for sisal rope project: http://www.designspongeonline.com/2010/06/diy-project-sisal-rope-art.html
I wasn't shore how to reach you for a question I posted on there, and was wonder if you could possibly answer on that project. I asked "I love this design, it is so simple, clean and makes a statement on its own. I am looking for the kind of rope you used as the ropes I’ve been seeing at stores are too light in color to make a piece for my table. Where did you purchase your dark colored rope, and what was the package called exactly?" Thank you!!
Thanks for finding Liesl's work. It's such a simple yet brilliant way to piece photos together. I never would of thought of it, but it makes perfect sense! (does that make any sense??)
I work as a freelance designer and online editor, creating DIY projects and writing articles on art and design for various publications. I also create custom installations and displays for retail locations and residential interiors.
